Required Information
The Homeplace Group 90 Day Flex Pay financing option is being offered for customers who require immediate order processing and simply want extra time to pay for the order, without having to go through complex applications and intrusive credit checks.
Qualifying for our 90 Day Flex Pay program is straight forward and simple. We'll require at least a 15% down payment along with several more post-dated checks to cover the remaining balance of the desired merchandise. The post-dated checks will be cashed on the agreed upon intervals, within the 90 day period, until full payment is made for the merchandise.
In addition to the original checks, we'll require
- Proof of Employment
- Legible Copy of Driver's License
- Signed EPS 90 Agreement, see below
- $25 Process Fee included in Down Payment
- 3½% Service Charge added to order
Payment Schedule
Payments can be arranged at any prescribed time table as long as complete payment is made on the 90th day or before. Here is an example of a $1,000 purchase and how it could be arranged to be financed:

Your initial payment must be at least 15% of the merchandise purchase price in addition to the $25 processing fee. Subsequent payments can vary according to your preferences, like paydays, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Please call 1-800-823-4233 if you have any further questions.

Can I get my order shipped right away?
Yes, upon receipt of original application and check, we'll process to get approval. Once approved, we'll enter your order for processing and it'll get shipped out as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that certain products may take extra time to manufacture, custom make or drop-ship out of another warehouse. Please allow normal transit times once your order leaves the warehouse; in-home delivery takes extra time to arrange.
